Description

Dizzy the Delirious is a custom, high quality (sometimes) voice acted follower. He is a miracle. He is a man. He is more than a man - a GOD among men (no he’s not a cheat follower). He is… More than you can imagine. Less than you could ever hope for. Which is why, right now, you should absolutely download him. Go to Markarth, where he is wandering around near the Temple of Talos, and speak to him. Command him to follow you, and an epic journey will begin. Just mind the sweet rolls. We’ve talked to him about this.

As the Dragonborn, you deserve a true companion. A companion who will fight by your side, never flee, and smite your enemies. Make no mistake - Dizzy is NOT this companion. Not at all. But even the mighty Dragonborn cannot survive a world without humor, without fun and joy. Thus, myself and Pheo bring you Dizzy the Delirious:

A completely idiotic, confused mess and Breton, Dizzy can be found in Markarth, wandering around the Temple of Dibella and it’s surrounding areas. He will accompany you through whatever perils lie ahead. At least until you reach danger. Then he’ll no doubt run the other direction. But, being essential, never fear - for Dizzy shall not die. No matter how much you wish he would.

Requirements

A legal copy of Skyrim 1.9.32.0+ (leeegal)
5 extra limbs and half an eyeball you can spare

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Seriously, what does this mod do?
A: It adds a fire breathing lizard to your game which enjoys sweet rolls and belly rubs at approximately 1 AM in the morning. Don’t believe me? You shouldn’t. Read the description, it describes the mod. Still don’t like it? Dizzy is a custom voiced follower and is NOT intended to be serious. He’s not un-lorefriendly in any way, despite this.

Q: Your description or mod page are not helpful at all. What am I supposed to do?
A: The description… Maybe not. Everything else does provide the needed information on what you’re supposed to do. If you read the description and still cannot figure out what to do, I highly recommend you learn the meaning of the acronym RTFM. Here, I’ll be kind and provide a link for you. If you REALLY can’t figure it out, post in the comments. But note that if the question is answerable in the FAQ or description, I likely won’t answer your question or will just answer with a quick RTFM. Because it’s a waste of my time otherwise. I didn’t just type up this description to amuse myself (or did I?).

Q: Will there be more updates?
A: Doubtful. I won’t entirely rule it out, but Dizzy was just a quick and fun project I did with Pheo for my own (and their) amusement. It also was a way for me to test something. However, I do intend to make a fully fleshed out and actual follower mod similar to Inigo/Vilja/Arissa/etc. in the future. So keep an eye out.

Q: At the very least, tell me if I can uninstall this safely. It’s a stupid mod anyway.
A: Yup. Go ahead and uninstall it if you feel so inclined. No issues will occur.

Q: Comic Sans?? HAVE YOU NO SELF-RESPECT?!
A: Erm... No comment.

Recommended Mods

I highly recommend you check out a project:

Beyond Skyrim is a large project that aims to create provinces of Tamriel in Skyrim’s day and age. Each province has it’s separate team working on it, but overall it is a collaboration. Yes, it’s completely doable. They’ve got large teams for each province, with highly talented people. If you’re interested in joining or just finding out more about it, check it out.

Pheo3309, who contributed much of the dialogue, gave the idea, and is an all around cool guy. Look out for his future mods - he’s working on several big projects, and is making fantastic progress.

I voice acted Dizzy and created the mod. I'm no audio editor but I did edit my voice so no, I don't actually sound like Dizzy, lovely as his voice may be. Apologies for some of the pops and rumbles in the voice acting - I didn't have much time.
