NOTICE: This mod is severely outdated! The dependencies have changed since with some hairs removed. As such I can no longer guarantee this mod will work properly without the gray-face bug. Download at your own risk.
*Before=>Pure vanilla. No custom textures. No modifications
Ultimate NPC Overhaul now for Dragonborn. Nearly all named NPCs have been overhauled by the mod, ranging from Raven Rock to Skaal Village to Tel Mithryn. All NPCs will now have more exclusive appearances and overall, better looks.
But this also goes beyond appearance, with tweaks and corrections such as AI and changes to NPCs to suit their personalities and voicetypes better as I deem appropriate. A few NPCs such as Edla, an old woman who has the most disturbingly wrong voicetype in the entire game or NPCs left with too generic appearances(Nords of Thirsk Mead Hall).
