Some might think, Neloth is at least 300 year-old, he is supposed to be an old elf.
But I think his old face doesn't suit his young voice. I can't change his voice, but I can make a new facelift for him. 
To make it logical, magic (doesn't necessarily need to be necromancy) can preserve one's face, and Neloth is a master wizard.

You say making yourself not old is unnatural, blasphemous? Then you shouldn't do any make up on your face, and should cry for going to clinics or being friends with doctors.
I hate the word "blasphemous", and all who charge people for being like that word. They force people to believe what they believe, and demand everyone to follow their order. This is totalitarianism and xenophobia, which are false ideas to be destroyed.

This is a facelift mod for Neloth which does more than merely removing the beards, so don't leave trolling comments like "make clearer description, is it an HD clothing retexture for Neloth? Is it an ENB preset in memory to Neloth? Is it a stat-increasing mod to make Neloth badass?"

Lenin's sake, I'm tired of such comments, they're like "OK so this is a mathematics paper. Oh what is this question 1+1? Is it asking us philosophy? Is it asking us history? Is it asking us how to train our dragons? Oh yes the answer must be Daggerfall."
