Dark Haven is a large island off the coast of Skyrim, somehow forgotten and stricken from the History of Tamriel.
You are the prophesied Hero, destined to defeat The Six,
a band of eternal beings who have been ravaging Dark Haven for centuries.
...However...
Darker Evils than the Six are peeking over the Horizon...

A VAST new world space to explore
A Main Quest line consisting of many quests
Side Quests including an Arena, Warrior's Guild and Dark Brotherhood Quest lines
MANY new armor sets with unique effects and matching weapons
New magic
New transformations
New perks

Download all THREE main files with NMM. Use NMM. Please. It'll just make it simpler. If you don't use NMM, just place all folders in your data folder. However, there are MANY folders that will be hard to find and delete all of them if you install manually... You have been warned.

Use NMM. If you didn't use NMM to install... You're on your own... There's a large amount of assets that are not located in the "Grimm" folder, and you're bound to miss some regardless.

The Main Story can be started by talking to the sailor on the new ship in dawnstar. This will NOT actually start the quest, however, if you do as he tells you, it will start the Quest.

The Heart of Stone expansion can be started by talking to the Raven King at any time after completing the Corrupted Ascension Quest.

The Ascended Assault Expansion can be started by talking to the Raven King at any time after completing the Heart of Stone Quest. Due to lore reasons, if you want some of the dialogue in this quest to make sense, I suggest you complete the College of Winterhold Questline before playing through these quests.

The World Devourer Expansion can be started by talking to Dante in the Eye Chamber at any time after completing the Malevolence Quest.

The Resurrection expansion can be started by talking to Cheyenne, who can be found either in Hrafn Castle or the garden outside of the Castle, after completing the The World Devourer Quest. If for some reason you're unable to find the Queen, type "player.placeatme xx0cad65 1" xx = DarkHaven.esm load order.

The Warrior Guild Quest line can be started at any by entering the Hrafn Arena after the Ascended Corruption Quest.

The Dark Brotherhood Quest line can be started at any time by speaking with Slith after the Hidden Under a Raven's Wing Quest.

This is NOT a list of all armors in the mod. This is just a list of Armor that gives special effects to the wearer.

*Torgoth - Drains large amounts of stamina and causes poison damage

*Vorgoth - Hits through all enemy defense. No matter what armor is being worn, it hits as if the enemies armor rating is 0.

*Gorgoth - Drains large amounts of HP.

*Kargoth - Gives a boost to Archery damage.

*Dargoth - Hits higher when HP is lower.

*Argoth - Ignores 50% of all incoming damage AND reflects 25% of all incoming damage back to the attacker.

Torva - Increases damage with one-handed and two-handed melee weapons by 10% per piece of armor worn.

Pernix - Increases damage with bows by 10% per piece of armor worn.

Vitiosus - Increases the power of spells from all schools of magic by 10% per piece of armor worn.

Sirenic - Increases damage with bows by 25% per piece of armor worn.

Power Crystal - Increases the power of spells from all schools of magic by 25% per piece of armor worn.

**Malevolence - Reflects 75% of damage back to the attacker and ignores more damage as the wearer's health is decreased (ignores 25% of incoming damage at full HP, 75% when under 10% HP)

* = The full set is required to get the effect. This includes the helmet, the armor, the gloves, the boots AND the weapon!! If one of these pieces is not worn, you will NOT gain the set effect!

** = The armor set is required to get the effect, but the weapon is NOT.

This mod adds 2 toggle abilities and 3 transformations. During the Main Quest, you will have to choose between 2 of the toggles/transforms and the final transform is obtained later in the Main Quest. Both toggles add different sets of bonuses to your stats and the transformations build on those boosts. The 2 toggles and their adjacent transformation get stronger by gaining perks. Those perks are given to you during the main story.

The Evil Ascended Form Toggle is a "Glass Cannon" style toggle. It gains increased damage, magic damage, attack speed and movement speed. However, this toggle will lower your defense and health. When you turn this toggle on, you will gain a number of new items (and they will be removed when you turn the toggle off). You will gain 2 one-handed swords, 1 two-handed sword, a set of armor, a set of robes, a magical shield and a staff. You will also gain a number of blood magic spells. Blood magic spells cost health to cast instead of magicka, however, all of the spells also drain the enemies health. In most scenarios, you'll be able to drain more health than you loose by casting the spells, however, using blood magic against a multiple enemies can become dangerous very quickly. You will also gain the Evil God Transformation Lesser Power when this ability is toggled on.

The Evil God form builds further on the abilities of the Evil Ascended form. This transformation automatically equips some items to the player, including an evil, demonic "skin", a one-handed weapon in the right hand, a powerful blood spell in the left hand and a lesser power in the voice slot. The Evil God adds a little more damage, magic damage, attack speed and movement speed on top of the Evil Ascended boosts to those stats. The lesser power auto-equipped by transforming (use the shout/power button, default Z to use this ability) will summon 5 deadly swords that float behind you. Using the power again will launch one of the swords at your target. After you launch all 5 swords, using the ability again will re-summon the swords. However, due to a delay in the script, if you launch the first sword immediately after summoning them, it may not hit your target, to assure the sword hitting your target, give the script time to fire after summoning the swords.

The Holy Ascended Form Toggle is a "Tank" style toggle. It gains increased defense, health and magicka. However, this toggle will lower your damage, attack speed and movement speed. When you turn this toggle on, you will gain a number of new items (and they will be removed when you turn the toggle off). You will gain 2 one-handed swords, 1 two-handed swords, a shield, a set of melee armor, a set of magic armor and a staff. You will also gain a number of Holy Magic spells. The Holy Spells heal large amounts of health and cause massive damage to undead, however, they do no damage to living enemies. This toggle has greater survivability than the Evil form, but the Evil form will be able to clear out a room of enemies much faster than this form.

The Holy God form builds further on the abilities of the Holy Ascended form. This transformation automatically equips some items to the player, including Holy, Paladin-ish armor, a one-handed weapon, a powerful shield and a lesser power. The Holy God adds even more defensive stats and health on top of the Holy Ascended stat boosts. The lesser power auto-equipped by transforming (use the shout/power button, default Z, to use this ability) will summon 5 Holy Swords that float behind you. Using the power again will launch one of the swords at your target and using the ability again after launching all 5 swords will re-summon the swords. Due to a delay in the script, if you start launching swords immediately after summoning them, they may not hit your target. To assure the swords hit your target, allow the script time to fire after summoning the swords.

The Empty God form will be gained during the Main Quest, regardless of which Ascended/God form you chose. This form doesn't last as long, but combines the effects of the other two forms; this form has increased damage, attack speed, movement speed, defense, health, magicka, and stamina. If you have your chosen Ascended Toggle active when transforming, the stat boosts will also stack with your ascended stat boosts, however, it won't negate the debuffs - So a player with Holy Ascended Form toggled on when transforming into the Empty Form, they will have higher damage stats but lower defense/health stats than a player using the Evil Ascended form. This form will automatically equip a one-handed sword, a shield and a lesser power. When using a power bash with the shield (Power Bash perk NOT required), all surrounding enemies will be knocked away from you. The lesser power (default Z key) casts the Marble Phantasm ability, causing great damage over time to all surrounding enemies.

- ALWAYS make sure you have a stock of potions... This isn't an "easy" mod and some of these bosses can kill you in just a few hits. (Use console commands if you can't handle it.)

- The armors and weapons included are all pretty heavy, so it may be required to give items to companions or make trips to a player owned home in order to keep all of the available gears. I would peresonally suggest "home trips" between each boss. A good number of potions is also required.

- If a boss is too dificult, make sure you look at the set effects from armors gained during the quests. Many of the armor sets give amazing bonuses, but many of them also require you wear the full set of armor + matching weapon.

- Dargoth hits HARD when his HP is low. If you do not block or dodge his attacks, especially a power attack, he might one-hit-kill you!

- Finding Syrenus can be difficult... Somewhere in the castle is a Vampire Lord with a key... That key unlocks a door inside of the castle.

- There's lots of cover in the battle with Syrenus. Use it!

- In Doucan Castle, 3 guardians (and 1 Ascended Being) hold keys, the rest simply open a gate somewhere else in the castle. Keep an eye out for the keys or you'll be forever lost in the maze, also note that the quest marker doesn't always point to the correct direction.

- I highly suggest you do not use the ancient staff against malevolence. It will cause a lot of damage to Dante and he is your tank and the only thing keeping you alive...

- Keep your distance from the World Devourer... Bows and/or magic is most likely the only way to survive this fight. I suggest Sirenic Armor and pistol bows.

- Don't forget, you can wear any armor you want to in ascended form. Just because you're given unique armor/weapons don't mean you have to use them. If you're finding something a little difficult, try using one of the stat boosting sets.

- If you find yourself stuck in a dungeon look for a pull chain or lever, they are sometimes hard to see or well hidden.

- In the Arena of Omens/Spirit Arena, be sure to use the enviroment to your advantage. Lure melee enemies behind the various blocks and pillars in order to keep from being attacked by the archers and wizards.

- BIG TIP!!! When you're fighting a certain NPC and you get the quest objective "Survive -NPC's- Onslaught" This NPC is NOT killable. IF you manage to kill him, he'll just get back up... You have to survive for 2 minutes. It'd be best to focus on trying to dodge his attacks for a better chance of survival.

The Issues in RED are issues you NEED to know about before playing this mod!!

- To see the entire map, it must be tilted. Right click anywhere on your map and drag it down. I didn't make the LODs and won't be fixing them.

- If you continue attacking some bosses after they enter bleedout, for some reason, the scene will start and his health will refill. So, don't attack him after you "defeat" him. Otherwise, you will have to reload to before the fight. (None of the scenes are interruptible  so I have no clue why this can happen) The safest way to make sure an enemy doesn't continue attacking you after they enter bleedout, is to sheathe your weapon!

- Followers are capable of entering Dark Haven, but there isn't a script I know of to stop ANY follower from attacking, therefore, they will interfere with scenes and make quests impossible to complete while they're following the player - Don't use followers.

- When exiting Torgoth's Fort, for some reason you need to be slightly back from the door or looking towards the bottom of the door to have the option to open it. I'm not sure why.

- In instances where an NPC disappears with a new one taking their place, it may take a moment for the second NPC to appear, just give it time. Lower-end machines will obviously take longer for the second NPC to appear.

- Some of the homes have stairs that don't have good collision. You might have to jump to get up the stairs. I did not make these models and will not be fixing them - Just jump.

- The corpses in Horace Village are sometimes not laying down, but standing. I believe this is due to the amount of load on my machine at the time - So this issue will probably be constant in this area for lower-end machines.

- There might be a good amount of lag in the haunted forest around Argoth's Spire on lower/mid range machines, so I've left out the undead enemies I planned to litter the location with.

- Sometimes the Warrior Guild's Leader doesn't disabled correctly when she is NOT meant to be in the guild... Just ignore her.

- The Baba Yaga claims that Gorgoth's castle is to the North, but it's more to the West... The map marker displays correctly and I'm too lazy to change the dialogue... Just deal with it.

- Some locations have visible seams... It's not lore breaking so just deal with that as well...

- Due to the shape of the Power Crystal Armor, there is some clipping - I won't be changing this either...

- A specific NPC does not wield his staff.. It is instead on the ground at his feet but displays correctly on the player.

- Sometimes after Vincent is defeated, he will remain in bleedout indefinately. To fix this, you'll have to reload - So make sure you save before the fight! (It only happened during 1 test, but it COULD still happen again I suppose)

- Sometimes Vincent will rob surrounding corpses for their weapons, some of which are stronger than his own - If this happens, the fight will be a bit more difficult than intended, but I have faith in you!!

- When the players God Form Transformation ends, it leaves the player naked. I planned to fix this, but still haven't... I'm working on the script, will release it at some point.

- some of the crystals in the Crystal Tower don't have good collision on their sides, meaning some of the walls can be walked through... As these are vanilla items, I won't be fixing it.

- During one test, the Raven Queen was somehow INSIDE of a wall... If this happens when you're needing to speak to her, traveling somewhere else and waiting for 24 hours, then coming back seems to fix it. You can also use the TCL command to enter the wall.

- For some reason, after Envy is dead, a quest marker still points toward him - Just follow the other Quest Marker which points to where you're supposed to go.

- When checking on the Eye with Dante, sometimes you have to enter and leave the room a couple of times for the scene to start - I believe this is due to a delay in a trigger box enabling.

- With my last test, some of the less-important dialogue no longer has voice files... Meaning the subtitles disappear VERY quickly... Thankfully, NONE of them actually pertain to the story too much... So, I'm too lazy to fix them - If you absolutely need to read these dialogues, use Fuz Ro D'oh, found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14884/?

- If you leave Malevolence's Throne Room before the quest updates telling you to leave the castle, you will experience some pretty thick lag when approaching the quest marker due to items being enabled. If you do this, just give the game time. It will appear to be frozen, but after a short while, it'll start working again.

- Sometimes during the fights with Vincent in Malevolence's Castle, Dante continues to fight, causing the scene to not play, and the quest being stuck. This requires a reload. Both Dante and Vincent have a script to make them stop combat, I'm not sure why they both sometimes continue battle even after the script is fired - If anyone knows how I can fix this, please let me know in the comments section!

- I realized I had accidently recorded some dialogue while music was playing... I'm too lazy to go through the thousands of lines of dialogue and preview them all to find which ones I had redone... Just ignore it.

- Peter will most likely not help in the fight with the silver hand... He gets stuck in his cage, but they're SUPER weak anyway.

- The quest marker to speak with Gilles points to the front door of his mansion, but the key will only lock the trap door next to Peter. (When you get into the cellar, open the map to find the door into the mansion)

- Blood spell is very blocky... This is due to a bad alpha texture, and I haven't gotten around to fixing it...

- Sometimes Nomad won't use his staff in battle... I'm not sure why... When this happens, his shadows will also not attack, But it makes the fight much easier than intended.

- I've never been able to get the final scene of the "Resurrection" Quest to start without some kind of lag, I guess because there's so much going on in the scene. So, when you're "surviving" a specific NPC's onslaught, expect some lag before the scene starts.

- There are multiple scenes after 'The Empty Lord' first appears. For some reason, sometimes the subtitles do not play, though you can tell by watching the NPCs that they are indeed having conversation... I'm not sure what causes this, but it seems a reload fixes it.

- In one of the scenes afer 'The Empty Lord' appears, the King walks away... Right in the middle of the conversation! Rude!... But I can't seem to fix it... Conversation continues as intended and the quest progresses, he just doesn't stay in the room.

- In the Arena of Omens/Spirit Arena, some of the NPCs take awhile to appear when the wave starts... Just give it some time - As with other similar issues, the more low-end PC you have, the longer it will take.

- The scene after defeating Vorago in the Arena of Omens is VERY slow... I'm not sure why... But it took a bit for different NPCs to do different things in the scene for me, another thing that you'll just have to give time.

At once this mod is so large and is also pretty script heavy, I understand that most people will not wish to keep the mod activated after they complete the Quests. Therefore, I will be making at least one other mod that will add all of the armor, spells and transformations I created for this mod and I will put a link here after I finish that mod.
