A very early work in progress.
The main part of the construction of the exterior island and the Mages Guild is pretty much done, but needs more clutter.
The statues framing the dock will be replaced or at least retextured to have snow.
A small quest revolving around the defunct Mages Guild and the mass graves will be added.
Update 0.03: Graves added. Interiors built and partly cluttered. New resources added (Imperial Mages Guild resources by me, Lolicept's Resource Pack, InsanitySorrow's Morrowind Gems (through TESA's resource pack), Oaristys Resource Pack, Elianora's Extra Resources). Docks changed up a bit.
Use "help olenveld" in the console to find the place. You're looking for the mages guild or the island. OR, the island can now be accessed by activating an oar in a boat on the Windhelm docks (temp).
I'm attempting to add the island Olenveld, from The Exodus. Olenveld is a small island town founded by the East Empire Company. It was abandoned when Tiber Septim used the entire island as a graveyard. Check out The Exodus, an in game book (Oblivion and Skyrim), for more information.
