Dowenstad is a very cozy and simple house for the average thief or any player. The house was an old safe house for Falkreath around the time of the last Dragonborn, but has never been seen since, now since you are Dragonborn you have the ability to see the main entrance and use the house.

[Location]Just north of falkreath by a very small stream and waterfall (not to far)

[Includes] Custom containers, Crafting stations, Shrines, and a cheat bow called Fallen Embers.
