Brielle is a humanoid,half human and half khajiit. She can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood. 
She can be married,and Brielle can not die. She is marked Essential. While sneaking she becomes invisible. She is also carrying an amulet of articulation. Brielle is loaded with perks,and spells. She makes a great follower.

I tried her out using UFO,Extendable Follower Framework,FCO,and Amazing Follower Tweaks. They all seam to work fine.
