Changelogs
Version 1.0.2
Added a bash tag so the file works properly with Wrye Bash, allowing it to be compatible with other mods that change the same records.
Dawnguard is now required and there is no non-DLC or "pelts only" version. This was because the other versions were seldom downloaded and I didn't want to bother.
Adjusts the value of pelts and a few animal loot items to be more reasonably priced. USKP changes are included. Value of pelts has been increased based on a) how common they are b) how hard the animals are to kill. So a sabrecat pelt is worth 80 septims but the snow sabrecat pelt is 160 because there are only like 3-5 instances of snowkitties in the wild. Same with snow bears, snow foxes, ice wolves, etc. The exact prices are found in the image above.
Requirements Dawnguard
Installation & Compatibility Install normally with a mod manager and make sure the esp is activated. After installing, generate a bashed patch with Wrye Bash. If another mod in your load order is changing the pelt records, Bashed patch will ensure the mod changes are forwarded if overwritten.
Why? The pelt price mods already present weren't exactly what I wanted, so I made my own and added a few options to it for uploading them here. Reasoning behind the prices was that you should be able to buy a bottle of mead with money acquired from one or two wolf pelts. Not to make bank like a mercenary while hunting easy game like little wolves and deer.
