This is a cheat spell that enables any ore type to be transmuted into any other type, including dwarven scrap and stalhrim.

This spell lets you transmute any kind of ore into any other kind.
__Details_________________________________
--Recipe included for the smelter that turns 2 Dwarven Scrap Metal into 1 Dwarven Metal Ingot, to make a dwarven equivalent to a typical ore of another kind.
--Spellbook is placed behind the counter in the Riverwood Trader. (It's a cheat spell anyway so it might as well be quickly and easily available.)
--Spell includes 11 ore types, in order to incorporate dwarven and stalhrim, so it REQUIRES the Dragonborn DLC.
__Install________________________________
Download mod and extract contents of folder. Add it to Skyrim -> Data. When you start the game, be sure to enable the .esp under Data Files before loading.
__Uninstall______________________________
Remove these files: transmutecheat2.esp, NewTransmuteSpellAll.pex, and NewTransmuteSpellAll.psc.
__Compatibility___________________________
This may conflict with other mods that alter the interior of the Riverwood Trader.

Should be none; tested in-game.
