Baurus was a member of the blades during the Oblivion Crisis. All that time spent closing portals must have won the favour of the divines, for here he is once again occupying tamriel.

Baurus is a companion NPC and doesn't require anything other than the vanilla game. He at current does not have the quest and related dialogue that I may eventually give him, Until then he is a semi Lore friendly companion who cannot die. Enjoy.
