Adds a total of 8 alteration spells which allow you to craft whenever you want and a conjuration spell for a chest.
Since I don't like letting those lie on the ground or manipulate some NPC to sell it you can simply craft a ring at the forge out of nothing which will then upon equipping it once add the spells to your available spells. You can unequip it then and throw it away.

CAUTION: Chest is not entirely tested, as far as i know it should work properly, but I can't guarantee for anything though.
