The main aim of this mod is to give consequence to waiting and sleeping as well to as to create a more cautious play-through.

Introduction:

They will find you eventually. You can run, you can try to hide, but eventually you'll have to fight back.. Whether you're in the safety of your own home or the deepest darkest reaches of blackreach, they will chase you down. You may even forget they're out there eventually, but they'll be sure to remind you soon enough. With pale skin and unseething hatred for you, they march onward, purpose long since forgotten by the sands of time, solely bound to destroy you and anything in their path.

What does this mod:

- Adds challenging various npcs throughout the world that will track the player regardless of location
- Adds consequence to waiting/sleeping for too long
- Makes safe places (player homes/inns/heavily guarded towns) not so safe anymore under some circumstances (after long sleeps or idle waits)
- Makes dangerous places sometimes even more dangerous (out of potions and low on health, heading out of a dungeon, only to be confronted by a towering opponent)
- Keeps you on edge, danger could be around any corner
- Adds a secluded location for the origin of the pursuers (still WIP atm)

Lore:

Since I made up the pursuers they aren't exactly lore friendly, I guess they're sort of like white walkers too.

Story:

They are an ancient group of nords that were cursed to live forever, and to even live again after death. Their only means of freeing themselves from the curse is to defeat a great hero, such as the Dragonborn. The rest of their history is shrouded in mystery, however one location may lead to some answers if one was willing to.. pursue such things...

Things to note:

Since the pursuers hold some shred of honour from long ago, they will approach you very closely before engaging in combat. They may also attack other npcs if they get too close, otherwise they might just taunt them until one of them gets far enough away ;P.

Also worth noting they will start coming for you immediately after installation, so may be very very difficult at lower levels; be careful ;).

Requirements:

The base game is all you should need. I've had this running with 250+ mods at once and I've never had any issues directly related to it.

Possible Future Plans:

- a fitting tune (maybe something like the Sovngarde theme) that plays when the pursuers grow near and a way to trigger it
- a book or two to explain some lore surrounding the pursuers
- a way to trigger spawns/create a more random and dynamic flow/quicker spawns
- a proper hq for the pursuers and an ultimatum to finally end the pursuit
- some none hostile npcs who might be aware of the pursuers, perhaps even pursued themselves

Suggestions/fixes are always welcome, and possible ways to go about these plans are plenty helpful.
