Adds a Secret Retreat and home into Winterhold since its never had any homes.

This Mod adds a player home fully furnished and insulated like winterhold would need for the player to live in. Its located slightly above the entrance area and you can easily walk. You will be able to craft, make armor while close to the college of winterhold this is especially tailored towards mages who don't want to leave the city or have a home elsewhere.
