34 Vanilla non-expansion NPC's face have been changed
in lore-friendly (like Aela = direct copy from Vanilla)
or overhauled (Housecarls / Dibella / Bards except Lisette)

All ladies come in different shapes, sizes, bodies (all UNP based), and talents that match the lore (CoW, etc.) or create one if they don't have one (housecarls / Dibellan sisters)

Some were intentionally less attractive or old looking by keeping their Vanilla facial features - they give you better marriage and follower perks in return

Some are elite fighters (housecarls), veterans (Companions, CoW, ThievesG), barely survive (priestess), and civilians (village girls)

Many faction ladies can be married (CoW, Thieves G, Bards, etc.) now after completing their quests

Many faction ladies can be followers now after completing their quests

Recruiting these ladies will give you a unique friendship perk

Marrying these ladies will give you an unique marriage perk as Akatosh answers their prayers

Village girls can be recruited as followers, and they are not fighters, but they will give you a more unique follower perk

All ladies' battle abilities can be modified in MCM

They are all standalone NPCs with one pre-requisite download
