This is Lincoln a Redguard Follower-Companion also available for marriage.  Lincoln is based off the character of the same name from "The 100"
You can find Lincoln waiting for you in the Bea and Barb in Riften.  Lincoln will use whatever armor and weapons you give him.  He has the deep voice of the male brute (Farkas).
