"Users can use assets contained in my files in their own files" does not actually concern me that much at this point since this is just your basic average follower mod, so you can use this mod as a basis for creating you own original follower WHILE NOT IMITATING THIS CHARACTER except perhaps under use of parody as long as I am credited, though god knows why or if anyone would do that, since I don't expect this to get any attention. HOWEVER, if or when I create a unique voice for this character in a later version, you MUST obtain permission from me before utilizing this asset, especially since it may very well be my voice or the voice of someone who wouldn't like to be disrespected if you use the voice in an obscene or otherwise offensive way. In short, if you want to use this mod for anything other than helping you make your own follower, outline your usage and purposes to me and I will either approve or refuse permission.
Roseia, the character herself, is in fact my Skyrim fan character, and is therefore both an original and fan work and under that/those respective copyright(s). Her likeliness is not to be used in a mod uploaded by you anywhere without my grant of permission, and even then, you must credit the character to me. You are allowed to tweak her stats, voice, inventory, name, and appearance while retaining her original likeliness or otherwise for your personal usage alone, but you are not allowed to upload or mass distribute that mod if it has her likeliness without my permission and crediting me.
When asking for my permission, outline your usage and intent. If I don't respond, that is not the go-ahead. You cannot do something that requires my permission without me expressly giving it.
You ARE allowed to create patches and fixes for this mod without my permission, so long as it is in fact an actual patch that fixes an actual problem. Please be courteous and notify me if you do.

I just typed out a really nice description, but the browser tab crashed and I lost everything. I am so exhausted now. I don't know if I can do this again. Well... this is my first mod.
Marriageable Khajiit follower. Fighting style: archery, one-handed, sneak, light armor. Has healing and ice destruction magic and is a werewolf, boosting her stamina, carry weight, and disease resistance. Or at least I hope it does. She does not affect your stealth, and does not trigger traps. Also note that Roseia is a little shorter than your average joe: 0.05% shorter, to be exact. That doesn't help her fight, but it's cute and indeed intentional.
Roseia is the Dragonborn I play as, and this follower is intended to mirror her and my fighting style (except for the Dragonborn abilities and stuff, of course). She is also my Skyrim fan character, so be smart about editing her and not claim her as your own, or anything else unfair.
I will possibly upload newer versions of this mod based on any (but not necessarily all) suggestions, but my dream is to give her a unique voicebank. I'll need to either figure that out myself of get help from friends. I do believe that followers should be more immersive, unique, and interactive like Inigo. I might try to steer in that direction with Rose, here. Update 9/23/2016: This mod will no longer be updated. I haven't used the Creation Kit in a long time, so I wouldn't remember how to use it, and I think she's decent enough as it is. So yes, she's gonna have to stay a Young Eager clone.
This follower has clothing in her inventory that are not equipped by default, but she will wear them if you give her another item to wear or if you fast travel. She can be found in Southeast Riften at the graveyard near the Thieves' Guild secret entrance and the Talos shrine.
Nexus install may be wonky because I'm not sure how the nexus mod manager works. If this fails to install, open the .zip manually and put the plugin file in your mod directory, which is usually: C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data
Update 9/23/2016: This mod will no longer be updated because I no longer remember how to use the Creation Kit, unless someday I really, really want to give her somewhere to live. A long time ago, I tried to fix the head and neck flaw as pointed out in the posts section, following the instructions to a T, but I don't think it made any difference. Oh well, it's but a small aesthetic gripe. If you marry Rose, DO NOT ask to stay at her place. Since she has no place, this will bug out your game. I tried this myself, and I can say with confidence that you shouldn't. I thought this would go without saying, but I figure it's worth mentioning. I did not and do not know how to program a place of residence in an NPC, and I don't want to bother at this point.
