About this mod

This mod adds some Conjuration based offensive spells to the game in a lore friendly way allowing a player to steal enemies' life to heal their own.

This mod adds six Conjuration based spells into the game and adds 2 perks to the conjuration tree. These spells are offensive spells similar to those from destruction. They act as an absorb, dealing damage and healing caster for the damage done. These spells are, like the majority of spells in Skyrim, learned through Spell Tomes which I have made and placed into the leveled lists. The Enhanced Darkness perk at max tier will cause these spells to deal twice as much damage. This gives the spells an equal playing field with those who use potions to increase damage with destruction spells.

This mod may have issues with any other mods that have changed the Conjuration perk tree and/or mods that have changed the Conjuration spell tomes leveled lists. Other than those types of mods, this mod should work just fine.

Change log...
3.0: Increased the damage of the spells and changed them to no longer have a projectile. The spells will now be cast and released as if casting Soul Trap but with a much longer activation distance. Also the Enhanced Darkness perks have been reduced from the 4 tiers of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% to 2 tiers, 50% and 100% as well as changed Conjuration skill levels required from 20 to 25 for the first perk and max perk requiring 50. (I also added in a Shadow Rune spell but unfortunately I have been unable to get it to work in game. If any other modders download this and figure out why it isn't working as intended, I would be super appreciative to know why.)
2.1: Fixed the Conjuration Ritual Spell quest so it now will allow the player to purchase the Master Shadow Spells. Also increased the Magicka cost of Shadow Touch from 30 to 45, Shadow Strike from 66 to 75 and Shadow Blast from 179 to 185.
2: After adding the requested perk I found that killing a target with one spell cast would prevent the Soul Trap effect from occurring.
Changed the spells so that the soul trap effect will now work properly by turning them into a Damage over Time effect.
1.1: Added a new perk upon request. (check perk section)
    The Master level books should now be purchasable upon completion of the Conjuration Ritual quest for those with 90+ Conjuration. (If not, let me know and i'll fix this.)

Tier 1: Enhanced Darkness
Shadow Spells do 50% more damage.
(Requires Conjuration skill level of 25 or higher and the perk Novice Conjuration.)
(Version 2.1: Shadow Spells do 25% more damage. Requires Conjuration skill level of 20 or higher and the perk Novice Conjuration.)

Tier 2: Enhanced Darkenss
Shadow Spells do 100% more damage.
(Requires Conjuration skill level of 50 or higher and the Tier 1 Enhanced Darkness perk.)
(Version 2.1: Shadow Spells do 50% more damage. Requires Conjuration skill level of 40 or higher and the Tier 1 Enhanced Darkness perk.)

Tier 3: Enhanced Darkness (Version 2.1 ONLY)
Shadow Spells do 75% more damage.
(Requires Conjuration skill level of 60 or higher and the Tier 2 Enhanced Darkness perk.)

Tier 4: Enhanced Darkness (Version 2.1 ONLY)
Shadow Spells do twice as much damage.
(Requires Conjuration skill level of 80 or higher and the Tier 3 Enhanced Darkness perk.)
