I will add a quest later on. Matili was born in Morrowind during the great war her parents killed by Imperials . She was then moved to Hammerfell to do training.her new parents wanted her to be a soilder in an army but she later travled away from Hammerfell due to hearing of rumours of her parents being captured and not killed so she traveled over Nirn from east to west and north so south til she finally didnt found them so she settled down in Whiterun
