Lakeview Cabin

This mod adds a free player house and cave west of Lakeview Manor.



Lakeview Cabin:

Positioned west of the Lakeview Manor lot. Works with and without the manor. I only made some minor ground and mesh adjustments to the manor cell around the entrance to Lakeview Cabin. I also moved the guard path a little.

Outside:
Cabin, stable, hangout, front and back gate and well. Archery target back of cabin for long range practice.

Inside:
Cabin has fireplace, bed, table and one chest.

2nd floor down.
Three containers.

3rd floor down.
Main hall with fireplace, dining table, kitchen and a desk area with lots of containers and bookshelf’s. And a dwemer music box on the left side of the fireplace. On the desktop is an invisible book container for five books that stack on the table. Also a clock and calendar by WillieSea.
Bedroom, armory, armory alcove for favorites with racks.
Lab area with enchanting and alchemy tables and lots of storage.

4th floor down.
Workshop has workbench, anvil, grindstone, forge, smelter, tanning rack and  woodchopping with container for each activity.

Installation:

Download, extract and drag “MAOLakeviewCabin.esp and MAOLakeviewCabin.bsa” to Skyrim data folder.
