Avalon Manor is a Dark Elf player home located East of Windhelm. I originally made this house for myself and decided to put it on the nexus for everyone to enjoy. The house can be purchased for 8000 Septims inclusive funiture.
All three DLC's are required and the latest version of Skyrim.
-Cosy playerhome
-Five Mannequins
-Named Storage
-Boat to Windhelm
-Purchase System
-Full Blacksmith Ecuipment
-Alchemy station
-Enchantment Station
-Staff Enchanter
-Horse
-Watchtower
And many more
Drag and drop everything in your Skyrim data folder. Or simply install via Nexus Mod Manager.
If you find any bugs be sure to let me know in the comments section and i will look into it. However i cannot guarantee to fix the problems since i got allot of other things todo. If you have anyother questions or suggestions/ideas for new mods please PM me on the Nexus.
