The Vagabond's Retreat is a cozy little home built inside of the Whiterun mountains.
Originally used as a hideout for vigilantes, the cave now lies dusty and abandoned.
However, those venturing inside with intent to loot and pillage may find a bit more than they bargained for...

- A fully established home with clutter all over the place -
- Display cases and mounts for almost every unique item in the game -
- Every crafting station available (including the spider imbuing station) -
- A Font of Change to edit your appearance without resetting your skills and perks -
- A gigantic aquarium embedded in the bedroom wall -
- Mannequins and display cases for your most valuable items -
- Children's Wing with room for up to two adoptable children -
- Custom statues, benches, clutter and even an elevator made specifically for this mod -
- Fully navmeshed interior, so your followers/spouse/children will have no problem running about -
- A worship corner dedicated to Talos (or Auri-El, if you consider the worship of Talos to be heresy
- Unlockable statues and banners that will be enabled as you progress through the game -
- A custom jukebox, built entirely from scratch. Plays three tracks by the incredible Adrian von Ziegler-
- An armored bear statue -

- The elevator, due to the way that the Creation kit handles locomotion and collisions, is a bit choppy to use. Moving around on the platform and/or jumping a bit can help remedy this -
- You may have to yank the elevator lever once or twice to get the elevator to start moving -
- ENB users may experience issues with rendering a select few particle effects. This will not harm your performance or your experience in any way -
- The mannequins may sometimes be placed somewhere where they're not supposed to be. To fix this, open the console and disable/enable the mannequin model. This will reset him to his defined spot -

- The Miraak bust may or may not work properly for you, due to the hilariously many versions of the item piece available in the game code. I'll be adding a trigger in a future update to supply you with the relevant mask if you have defeated Miraak before. Until then, use the console to add the relevant item (it's usually the first ARMO entry to appear when you enter "help miraak 4" in the console) -
- The Daedric statue will require these Daedric artifacts to place, while the Dragon statue will require these materials -
- The jukebox has a reset button on its lower right-hand that will allow you to stop playback prematurely -
- I strongly recommend installing Custom Family Home and My Home Is Your Home to make full use of the house -
- You may or may not need to install Dovahklon's mod as well to have your spouse/follower/kids sandbox in the bedroom -
- As pointed out by Indycurt, the entrance to this house and the backyard of Whiterun Mansion will most likely clip, since they're placed in the same immediate area. Keep this in mind when downloading both mods. But why would you use two houses anyway? -

- Elianora, the Queen of Clutter, for a bunch of resources as well as directly and indirectly teaching me a few lessons in proper modding -
- Oaristys and Tony67 for their amazing resource pack -
- Insanity for many incredibly detailed and useful meshes -
- Tueffel for the wind chime mesh and the awesome modular crafting table -
- Blary for the neat booksets -
- Jokerine for the cute little bottled ship -
- Malo for the statues of the Nordic and Ebony warriors -
- Artisanix for the painting meshes -
- Adrian von Ziegler for the jukebox music tracks -
- Fellow anons from /tesg/ who supplied a bunch of painting canvases as well as some helpful advice -

Q: Is this your first real mod?
A: Yes it is.

Q: What were your thoughts when designing this?
A: Planning is for plebs.

Q: How'd you get your game so pretty?
A: A few texture overhauls as well as my own ENB, the 'Daylight ENB'.

Q: Why are you ripping off Elianora with these descriptions and cluttered rooms?
A:
