Waterwalking was introduced in Dragonborn but not on any items you could disenchant. This adds a water walking ring to the world that is disenchantable. Now in German also!

Dragonborn added a Waterwalking ability on these here - Ahzidal's Boots of Waterwalking - However these are not disenchantable so you could not learn the Waterwalking enchantment.
EzDC made a mod here = Waterwalking Ring that introduced a disenchantable Ring of Waterwalking and distributed it through the Skyrim world. But there was one small issue - the Enchantment would not show the description on the new item when enchanted.
I found a way to fix this and EzDC graciously allowed me to post the fixed version. NOW the new enchantment shows the effect - "Wearer can walk on water."
The rings are fully in the leveled lists and will show up on enemies and in merchants stock (Albeit kinda rarely)
There is now a optional .esp that does not have the ring being dispersed via leveled lists at all! (You have to console it or find it on the well in Riften)
Console instructions: Hit the tilde key ~ Type help waterwalking to get the ID # Then type player.additem 123456 1
If you're lazy or want it earlier there is a ring on the Riften well.

Adds a ring with a waterwalking enchantment to two leveled item lists. Both in enchanted item lists. One list is the normal item list, the other is the expert list. I've done this so to increase the chance of getting a ring later on in the game. This means everyone with access to these lists has a chance to get this ring. Merchants, chests and npc's might have it.
