Wererock Lair

First of all this is my first mod and as such there may be issues with it that I am not aware of. All storage
is safe, it has been cleaned with TESV Edit, and all displays have been tested and do work. I made this mod mostly
for my own personal use to use with my current play-through since I couldn't
find a pre-made house mod that would work with it. I will update this mod to
fix any issue with the mod itself if I think it’s necessary but at the moment I
don’t plan any big updates. Lastly the house lacks any kind of clutter. I have
never liked how mods add random useless clutter everywhere especially when it’s
a static item, I prefer to just decorate and place everything myself, If you
want clutter go elsewhere.

Wererock Lair adds a well hidden player home (almost directly
west of Whiterun, and northwest of Fort Greymoor) intended for
a solitary werewolf character. That means no rooms/beds for followers or
children, although it is still nav-meshed. Most of the other purely werewolf
themed houses I have found are just dark caves with little in the way of
storage, or displays, that’s not the case here. While Wererock Lair is in a cave
it has been fully finished and furnished with displays for all the dragon
claws, dragon priest masks, all three elder scrolls, Azura’s star, the White Phial,
both the skull keys, Pelagius’s hip bone, all the paragons, the locket of Saint
Jiub, all the hold shields, the Masque of Clavicus Vile, the Visage of Mzund, all
the black books, and Miraak’s Mask. It also has plenty of weapon display cases,
weapon/shield plaques, weapon racks, and armor mannequins, enough to store
anything and everything you may find on your travels but not too many.

Entry Hall

The entry hall contains 20 weapon rack slots, 4 weapon plaques, 4 weapon display cases, and 4 armor mannequins.

Library

The library contains seven large bookcases and 6 small bookcases, 2 full size weapon display cases, 4 dagger
display cases, 4 armor mannequins, plus the displays for the Elder Scrolls, Miraak’s
mask, the Visage of Mzund, the black books, and two weapon plaques.

Enchanting/Alchemy Room

The enchanting/alchemy room contains an enchanting table and alchemy station (of course) as well as 3
storage chests for each. Two weapon plaques, 3 armor mannequins, 4 full size
weapon display cases, 4 dagger display cases, 2 small bookshelves, and 15
weapon rack slots. This room also contains the displays for Pelagius’s hip
bone, the skull keys, Azura’s star, the White Phial, the Masque of Clavicus
Vile, and the locket of Saint Jiub.

Forge Room

The forge room contains all smithing crafting stations, 6 chests for storage, and 20 weapon rack slots.

Kitchen/Dining Room

The Kitchen/Dining area contains a table, some barrels for food storage, shelving, and a cooking crafting
station.

Gallery

The gallery room contains seven shield-plaques, seven mannequins, eight full size weapon display cases, and 4 dagger
display cases.

Bedroom

The bedroom contains a bed (of course) 4 wardrobes, 3 chests, the General Displays treasure chest, a hidden
lock-box (hint you need to be in werewolf form and have some sort of werewolf
power-jump mod installed to get to it), 3 full weapon display cases 6 armor
mannequins, 15 weapon rack slots, 2 weapon plaques, all three werewolf totems,
displays for the dragon priest masks, the dragon claws, the paragons, and all
the hold guard shields.

How to acquire the house in-game:

The door is locked by default the key can be found in the underforge near the rear exit (the one that exits to Skyrim not Whiterun). Along with the
key is the note explaining that you can buy the deed from Eorlund Gray-Mane. In
reality you don’t actually have to buy the deed if you don’t want to since you
already have the key and the cell already belongs to the player, but if you
want to feel that you earned it buy it.

General Displays by: Tueffel for their wonderful modders resource allowing this mod to have custom displays.

Using General Displays:

In order to use the displays you must place the corresponding item into the “Treasure Safe’ which is located in the
bedroom. That item will then appear in its designated place.

Version 2.0
-added a wood chopping block.
-added a secret waterfall entrance, because why not.
-FPS inside house increased be replacing light sources that cast shadows with one that don't.
-fixed a small crack in the wall near the main entrance.

No displays/containers where moved/altered at all so there should be no issues updating.

Requirements:

-General Displays by Tueffel http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32550/?
-Dawnguard DLC
-Dragonborn DLC

Installation/un-installation Instructions:

Use the mod organizer of your choice to install this mod, if you are using a mod organizer you should already
know how to do that. For manual installation unpack the zip file and place its
contents into your data folder in your Skyrim directory. You also have to install
the General Displays mod by Tueffel (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32550/?)
To uninstall remove all Items from the home and make a new save outside it and
far away preferably an interior cell. Then just delete wererockden.esp from
your Skyrim data folder, as well as any files added by General Displays (read
that mods readme for more details).

Known Issues/incompatibilities:

The wooden mask bust is non-interact-able I’m not sure why that is all the other ones are, but it is
still functional as you add/take an item to/from a display from the “Treasure
Safe”.

This mod will be incompatible with any mod that edits the same area on the map, and it may also be incompatible with any mod that edits the underforge but since all I did was add a key and a note it should be fine.
