The most secured, deeply hidden storage facility for storing your stuff in the most sensible and realistic fashion

WHAT:
The Dragonborn's Underground adds a medium-sized underground facility to serve as a storage and hiding place. Not a house, not a home, not a hideout, not a crafting station. You already get enough of all that from every single house mod ever. THIS MOD IS JUST A PLACE MEANT SOLELY FOR STORAGE.
The place is similar in appearance to the basements you get in the HF houses. Not too comfy or luxurious in design. This, mainly as a way to to suggest that the Dragonborn built the place on his/her own. No one else knows about it...only you, the Dragonborn.
This mod is mainly designed for people looking for storage places, but also realistic and lore-friendly.
WHY:
As a completionist who has hoarded too much, I always wanted my own kind of storage facility, to finally store my huge junkload of past gear and rare items in a single, safe place. And most importantly, it should be just that: solely meant as just a storage area. All mods I've searched for never did offer such a feature, instead as the usual kind of house mods. As such I made this mod myself to achieve this very purpose.
I ask myself, where would be the most realistic place to be storing rare loot, daedric artifacts and bountiful treasures, and also in the most convenient, sensible location? Underground, of course.
Why keep it in a house in the middle of the wilds where bandits can easily come and raid, or why keep it in the most fanciful house in the city, where there are possible thieves and burglars roaming about? I never understood the logic behind that and why everyone follows in it. I know this is just a game, but I prefer to think for immersion's sake.
Storing all the precious daedric artifacts, dragon masks and rare loot NEEDS to be in somewhere that is ACTUALLY SECURE.
Lots of storage is provided in this mod, with more than sufficient containers, mannequins, racks etc. It may sound like alot but the design makes the place almost too spacious instead.
WHERE:
The basement is underground obviously and located in a very secluded area just south-west of Whiterun. Connected by a trapdoor that's hidden very inconspicuously right under a very normal-looking tree... and hidden even further underneath layers of dirt. It's so well-hidden the chances of anyone ever finding it is nigh impossible!
HOW:
A discovered map marker will automatically be added to your map, so you won't have to go through the trouble of searching for the place. The door entrance also requires a "Special Key" (for extra security) and this "Special Key" has to be crafted by the Dragonborn himself (for even more security)!
You can craft this "Special Key" at any forge and making it only requires one iron ingot.
