This mod adds a sheogorath follower to the game skyrim he will follow you and he sounds allot like he was meant to be a follower.

This mod is deferentially not lore friendly but is super fun to have him following you. O ye he is not over powered and he will grow with you.
Watch video for info.  You can find him in after you complete the wabbajack mission, go to the bottom floor of the pelagius wing and there should be a door you can enter back to the mind of pelagius and then you can talk to Sheogorath.
