OK, so here we go again. To all who downloaded the first files, my apologies, I have corrected the problem and reuploaded. There are 4 esp's, that change the speed to 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, and one that changes the speed to 1.4 BUT reduces the damge by 3 points. Different strokes, and all that.
Unzip and place ONE esp into your skyrim/data folder.
