his mod makes skooma overpowered potion. It's grand effects for 24 hours effecs: add lots of damage (you could kill all enemy at 1 hit), mana health, mana and stamina. i'm pretty sure you can't been seen of alot of people. enchants and uprages are better. i think theese are all or almost all.
