Rename any of the official player houses in Skyrim, Hearthfire and Dragonborn to whatever you like.
To set a new name, talk to whomever gave/sold you the house (it's usually the hold steward). They will change the name of your home, usually for a fee (purely to cover administrative costs).
If you're using SkyUI's MCM (not a requirement), you can change the amount that you will be charged from a config menu. The config menu also displays the current names of every owned player house.
Since there doesn't seem to be a way to rename map markers mid-game (and using the incorrect names is jarring), all Hearthfire houses display as 'Private Estate' on the map.
