Cheat perk to be a god of thievery (sneak, lockpicking, pickpocket)

This is a cheat mod.
Adds a perk to the game that gives your character godly stealth buffs. I didn't include it in the world because it's a cheat mod.
To get the perk you need to add it by console. To find the ID of the perk you can type help "cray" and then use player.addperk <ID>
to add the perk to your character.
Note: You won't see any stat changes but you will notice your skills at sneaking, lockpicking and pickpocket.
