This simple mod will make the radiant book fetching quests from Urag gro-Shub feature skill books instead of rare books to give the player an opportunity to further their talents in an immersive, RPG-friendly way. The mod alters the content of one leveled list, so it should be pretty much compatible with everything else.

Installation:
Download with NMM or equivalent, enable, profit.
Download manually, put in Skyrim/Data folder, enable in Skyrim Launcher/Mod Manager, profit.
Uninstallation:
Disable in Mod Manager or Skyrim Launcher.
Change Log:
1.0 - Initial release.
Future Updates:
I plan to expand the mod with lore friendly ways of obtaining more, previously unlocatable stuff.
