Willem Thetric is a very simple follower that can be found in the Vilemyr Inn in Ivarstead. He wears standard leather armor and wields a glass sword in one hand and the Fire Bolt spell in the other.

will tolerate criminal behavior
will return to the Vilemyr Inn when you dismiss him
Willem should work with or without any DLC. He should also be compatible with any follower mods as long as this mod is loaded before them.
