I have added a few draugr in the second part of this dungeon an all so  a new area at the starting area. This mod shouldn't interfer with any other mod's that i know of an it shouldn't interfere with the quest line for this dungeon. If you are using a low level toon i recommend have atleast a follower or two for the new area or atleast a good weapon lol good luck.
