This is a preset of Jocaste, a young imperial agent female, working for the imperial army.
I hope you like this preset.

Step 1 - Requirements :
SKSE
RaceMenu by Expired

Step 2 - Mods recommended (for the same appearance) :

Body and face texture : SG Female Textures Renewal

Hair :Skyrim KS Hairdo Female Hair (Remove from the Nexus ?) > 0topgorgeous
Brows : SG Female Eyebrows by Hello Santa > 09
Eyes :  Improved Eyes Skyrim by missjennabee > EyesHumanGreen19
Lips : Seductive Lips HD by EcthelionOtW
Make up : Better Makeup for SKSE by Diethardt
ENB : I use the Mistveil by Modd3r preset in my screenshoots. Other ENB are nice too.

NB : She has a beauty spot, but i don't remember from what mod it comes.

Step 3 - How to install

If you have RaceMenu version 3 or higher :
Copy the file Imperial_Jocaste.jslot here : Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
Go into showracemenu
Go on the preset tab
Hit F9 for load the preset. 
Choose the preset Imperial_Jocaste.jslot

If you have an ancient version of RaceMenu :
Copy the file 21.slot here : Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
Go into showracemenu
Set race to imperial and load the preset Slot 21 (Hit F9 to load the preset.)
I put size at 0.97 or 0.98.
