This is just a simple texture edit that converts the Grey Vampire Leather Armor from Dawnguard to black for both male and female characters.

When I play as a Spellsword, I find that the vampire armor is pretty decent early in the game (if you find it with a good enchant). I did not like
the washed out grey version so I decided to make it black. I actually used the red armor as the base of the conversion since it already had a dark black shirt but used it as a replacement texture for the grey armor.

It's just two texture files. No .eps required. Use NMM to install or uninstall. Since it's just a texture over-write it's save game safe. It uses what ever size the Bethesda HiRes pack uses. I think those are 2K.

Process
I'm not a texture artist or designer.  I do know a bit about Photoshop from my photography hobby and work in web site programming.

• Opened in PS with the nVidia plugin.
• Added a BW layer set to High Contract Blue Filter
• Ran a contrast mask on it to sharpen it up a bit.
• Saved.
  

Permissions
It's just a quick Photoshop edit of the Bethesda Hi-Res DLC texture. Treat it as you would any Bethesda texture.
