There are stories of a once great city on the shores of the Sea of Ghost,A City of immense power and knowledge, they speak of course of Winterhold. Home of the College of Winterhold, the centre of Magical and Arcane Knowledge, the Great rival of Solitude itself, Or it atleast was. Until the Great Collapse took most of the City to the sea bellow.
To fix the rather mediocre vanilla Winterhold, this mod adds:
- Wall around the city
- A fully scripted Blacksmith
- Reworked cliff and shoreline
- clutter and decoration to ruined buildings
- three new ruined buildings
- debris and rock piles at the bottom of the cliff

- Any mod that changes the College, as this mod does not touch it.
- Will not be compatible with other mods that alter Winterhold's exterior.
