Introduction:
I made this mod for a friend of mine. He asked me if I could make a mod where you have amulets that reduce shout duration more than that of the Amulet of Talos. So I did but I figured I may as well share them here in case others wanted them too.

Contents:

• Amulet of Petty Shouting: 10% shout cooldown reduction (level 5+)
• Amulet of Minor Shouting: 20% shout cooldown reduction (level 10+)
• Amulet of Lesser Shouting: 30% shout cooldown reduction (level 15+)
• Amulet of Moderate Shouting: 40% shout cooldown reduction (level 20+)
• Amulet of Greater Shouting: 50% shout cooldown reduction (level 25+)
• Amulet of Major Shouting: 60% shout cooldown reduction (level 30+)
• Amulet of Grand Shouting: 70% shout cooldown reduction (level 35+)
  

I did not place all of these necklaces in a single chest someplace. I instead added all of these to the leveled lists of the games. Meaning you will receive them from enemy/ treasure drops as you play. They are also leveled, meaning you won't get the 70% reduction amulet at level 5. This is to hopefully avoid unbalancing things somewhat.
