Welcome to Grohiiksil Manor: a small but cozy player home with everything a Dovahkiin needs.
Features:
Location:
On the big lake West of Riften, slightly South-East of Heartwood Mill (North of Largashbur). There is a map marker for it and you should be able to fast travel to it right away.
Installation:
Click on the "download with manager" button and use your preferred mod manager to install (I recommend Mod Organizer)

Features:
- An Enchanting corner - contains Arcane Enchanter and customized storage
- An Alchemy corner - contains Alchemy Lab and customized storage
- A Smithing area - contains Smelter, Tanning Rack, Anvil, Workbench and Grindstone with chests/strongboxes for storage
- A Cooking Pot - barrels for food storage are on the opposite wall
- 4 Mannequins
- 5 Weapon Racks
- 5 Bookshelves (fits 220 books total)
- A bedroom area - contains a 2-person bed with a chest and strongbox for storage

- v1.1 - Navmeshing added to entire house and increased the brightness of the lights in the lower levels of the house.

Requirements:
- Skyrim. This mod was made using only things from vanilla Skyrim so it doesn't require anything else.
Known Issues:
- The animations for the smelter and tanning rack are off - I don't know if I can fix this without making them normal size again so it may just be something we'll have to live with.
- You can't sit on the stone bench in the bathing area while in the water - Not sure if this is really fixable either but you can still sit on it from outside the water.
Notes:
- This is my first house mod so please keep that in mind.
- Any comments, suggestions, or constructive criticisms are welcomed and appreciated.
- Please let me know any and all issues you have with this mod. I'll do my best to get them fixed as soon as possible.
- If anyone could send me a link to a tutorial on how to add fish to the water outside without them swimming away that would be awesome.
