Murtr cabin is a cozy fishing cabin along the path between Riverwood and Whiterun.
What makes this player home special?
It's completely in the Skyrim worldspace! No loading screens!

This mod is great if you don't like gigantic homes, don't have a gang of followers, and aren't planning on raising kids.

Requirements:
Latest Skyrim patch
RealShelter 1.4 or 1.3 - be sure to download the non-Real Shelter version if you don't have nor want to use Real Shelter... but I really recommend it
Installation:
Use NMM and install it
Place it in the load order after RealShelter.esp
Compatibility:
It's in the same spot as Riverside Lodge and Riverside Shack.
With Verdant, you can't see the wood chopping block under all the grass. But it's worth using Verdant.
