This is a script free house mod so just drop the data folder you downloaded in your main Skyrim install directory or use the nexus mod managar and merge everything it asks.
                                  
                     
It has everything you need for your adventure: an outside smithing place with forge, grinding stone, workbench, taning rack. Inside the house you can find alchemy and enchanting tables of course in a beautiful ambient, cooking pot and lots of storage chests. Also a few mannequins and weapon racks for use. There is also a friendly dragon who speaks a bit of the lore friendly place (fully custom voice acted of course). Once you've find and revealed the map markers you can anytime fast travel from Skyrim to your house directly and back. You can get to the house if you follow the road from Halldir's Cave to the south and look for the Forbidden Passage mapmarker (see the last picture).
Update:
-added a blacksmith vendor who's working outside (changed a bit the exterior);
-added an innkeeper;
-added a misc vendor;
-added a mage apothecary vendor;
-added a guard;
-added a bathing concubine;
-now the player bed should be player owned;

The ship is till there, levitating and becoming one with the nature.
