This is an updated version of azirok's compatibility patch. As Vilja is using a custom Nord race, this patch adds the 1.8 mass system abilities to her custom race so she now works as intended.

Azirok has already streamlined her other stats so I have left them untouched.

For those curious, I added this 2 extra abilities

• REQ_Mechanics_Stress_MassPenalty_Base
• REQ_Mechanics_NPCAdjustment_MassEffect
  

to the race spell list. Thats all.

Load this after Requiem and Vilja.. and then rerun the Req for the Indifferent. You need to run the SkyProc so Vilja works correctly. (Make sure you remove her from blocklist if you added her into that list)

Sindra and Matthis are using standard Nord race, so they only have their stats tweak to Requiem standard.

Requires Requiem and Vilja obviously.
