>Echwach Estate is located on the hill just south of Honningbrew Meadery giving it a great view of the whole valley. The house as a detached stable which is used for many utilities and also a cow pen. The inner part of the outside of the house is fenced and walled off and inside is the smithing area with all the tools for that while round the other side of the house is a luxury bath. You are also able to go above the blacksmith onto a balcony overlooking the house and the entire valley.
>The house is quite well detailed inside and also features everything you would expect to find in a house like fireplace, kitchen, bookshelves, enchanting, alchemy, a manaquin, plenty of storage, bed, chairs, etc. I've made the home quite realistically so there are also only three shrines - Talos, Akatosh and Debela, I find it annoying with other mods how you practically have a temple in your house :D. Underneath the stairs is a trapdoor leading down to a small basement. The keys for this are located on a side table in the bedroom. If you open the wardrobe in the basement there is also a secret exit outside.

>The house requires no money to have and the entrance key is located in a large hollow tree opposite the stable.
