Description
Makes The Ragged Flagon and the Cistern look finished like it should have been.
This mod should be consistent with the lighting level of Fort Dawnguard Overhaul, my other interior overhaul mods and Realistic Lighting Overhaul as well. Please can you at least calibrate your monitor and install this mod before telling me it's too dark...
Replaces all the lighting to look realistic (dependent on which lighting mod you're using).
Lighting made consistent between The Ragged Flagon and the Cistern.
Many changes and additions to the Delvin or Vex upgrades.
Upgrades now mainly only include upper furniture as I felt noble furniture was going too far for a sewer.
The vault upgrades after Shrine of Nocturnal.
Adds a player room with follower bed.
Adds three bedrooms, single bedroom for Brynjolf and two for the other eight thieves, clearing up the main Cistern area.
Adds a quick route to and from The Ragged Flagon.
It's called the Ratway for a reason, now The Ragged Flagon and Cistern have rats.
The forge and bar fireplace now have more realistic smoke.
Loads of other stuff.
File cleaned with TES5Edit.
Images uploaded taken with Realistic Lighting Overhaul and Enhanced Lights and FX.
=================================================
Version 1.05
Fixes vendor Vanryth Gatharian's shields which would end up on the floor because they were not attached to the wall correctly.
Changes the forge smoke so it doesn't look like it's travelling through the architecture as much.
Adds a ladder to the Cistern training area. Someone has to get those arrows down and light the candles...
Even more light tweaks...
=================================================
Version 1.04
The Cistern did not show lightning or the sound of thunder, that's now fixed.
Some mist added over the water in the The Ragged Flagon.
A couple of traps and another rat added to the Cistern.
=================================================
Version 1.03
Idle marker fix.
Raged Flagon banners change and Thieves Guild banners no longer have holes in them.
Vendor shield issue fixed.
Aggressive rat removed, cowardly rats added to The Ragged Flagon (3) and Cistern (2).
=================================================
Version 1.02
Fixed a lighting issue.
Added smoke from the forge to the hole in the ceiling.
An aggressive rat, dead rat and rat trap added.
Smoke around the main light near the bar tweaked.
=================================================
Version 1.01
Adds four more lights to The Ragged Flagon.
Adds smoke and fog effects for a smoky bar look.
Wasn't happy with The Ragged Flagon so took some more time to shoehorn some more lights in, with some trickery I managed it... Also thought it would look better to make the flueless fire alcove have the smoke look like it's travelling towards the hole in the ceiling and The Ragged Flagon generally more smoky overall.

Lighting Mod Compatibility (Important)
This mod is intended to be used with Realistic Lighting Overhaul installed as the lighting has been modelled with this in mind but can be used without.
As this mod places as many lights at light sources as possible, using a torch or light spell may cause lighting of textures to switch off in these areas. If you use this mod with a lighting mod that replaces or changes The Ragged Flagon and the Cistern cell lighting, you may have to remove those edits from your lighting mod with TES5Edit and place this mod after your lighting mod in your load order. If you do not take out the lighting cell edits you will have too many lights for the Skyrim engine to handle...
Cells to remove from your lighting mod:
FormID / Cell
Block 5, Sub-Block 3
RiftenRaggedFlagon "The Ragged Flagon" [CELL:00016BCF]
Block 6, Sub-Block 3
RiftenThievesGuildHeadquarters "The Ragged Flagon - Cistern" [CELL:00016BD0]

Bugs and Stuff
All containers in the player room (the one with the Mara Shrine) have been tested and are safe, check any other containers in the Cistern before use.
Do not use the quick route to and from The Ragged Flagon before becoming a guild member or you may have problems with hostile Thieves Guild members and possibly Thieves Guild quest problems. Some time I'll have to get around to learning quest scripts so I can have the quick route appear after the player becomes a guild member...
Guild vault chest and loot does not reset.
This mod is dependent on Unofficial Skyrim Patch due to a Ragged Flagon issue described here.
What I would like to do is have rats (small skeevers) spawn or not (say a 80% chance of not spawning) and randomly apear between 0 - 10 mins. In this way I can place rats around The Ragged Flagon that would randomly appear occasionally, not all at once. Hopefully someone will have some ideas how this can be achieved.
