Replace Potema into a Nord ghost and prevent CTD if you replaced jarl's clothes.

If you use clothing replacer for Jarl's clothes like I do. You will experience a crash to desktop when meeting potema.
This mod does two things:
1. it will replace potema into a better looking nord ghost instead of a skeleton
2. it will fix the crash if you use the clothing replacer like I do.
