Description :
I used to live at Lakeview Manor, and I got tired of having to walk half a day to find a decent Shop or some fresh blood. I asked my wife how her and the kids were doing and when she answered me "Fine, when we're not fending off attacks by wolves. Or bears. Or giant spiders. Honestly, what were you thinking, sending us out here?" that was it ! I decided to move back in a more civilized area and arranged Proudspire manor to fit my needs (and worth my 25000 septims).
