; 1. Overview
; ----------
AOM depends on vanilla perks for many of its recipes. As a result, those who are using custom perk trees, like those included in SPERG, may end up only being able to craft items that have no perk requirements. There are many items added by AOM that have no perk requirements, but those not using vanilla perk trees end up missing a huge chunk of the mod.

What this mod does is modify AOM recipes to add conditions with which AOM items can be crafted with SPERG perks. Items can still be crafted with vanilla perks, or even any combination of vanilla and SPERG perks, so it is fully compatible with those who are using any combination of SPERG and vanilla perk trees.

Unfortunately, SPERG perk trees do not wholly translate 1:1 to vanilla perk trees, so I have added skill checks to those that do not translate too well. For example, if something required tier 5 of the 0th-level perk (minimum skill level 80), I made the SPERG-equivalent requirement to have at least skill level 80 in that skill as well as the skill level 75 autoperk. For items requiring specific perks, I tried picking perks that were pretty close, thematically similar, or in the roughly the same spot on the perk tree. For the lower-end (skill level 0-30) items, I had to skew the skill levels to spread the availability of those items, otherwise it is just too much too fast. For specifics, see the "8. Innards of this Mod" section.

There is also a few bugs with AOM I noticed either while playing or while systematically going through all the recipes, so I have included fixes for the ones I noticed. Details are in the "9. Fixes" section.

Included in the archive is "AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp", which is intended for those who are not using SPERG's autoperk system. It removes the skewing of the skill level requirements of the lower-end items to make it more approximate to AOM with vanilla perks, since now perk investment is required to make lower-end stuff available to craft. For specifics, see the "8. Innards of this Mod" section.

; 3. Requirements
; ----------
This mod requires the 2 following mods, as well as all of the requirements those mods have:
Version 8.1 of The Art of Magicka: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1040/
Version 4.0 of Skyrim Perk Enhancements and Rebalanced Gameplay: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24445/

This mod will likely only work with those versions of those mods.

;-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-
; 4. Compatibility
; ----------
This mod is only intended to work with AOM v8.1 and SPERG v4.0.
Mods that alter AOM recipes will conflict with this mod.
This mod must load after AOM.esp, otherwise this mod will not work properly.

;-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-
; 5. Included Files
; ----------
Inside the archive are the following 3 files:
AOM SPERG Recipes.esp - the core of this mod and required for the mod to do anything
AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp - optional file intended for those not using SPERG's autoperk system
readme.txt - a text file that contains detailed information about the mod

; 6. Installation
; ----------
For "AOM SPERG Recipes.esp":
1. Copy "AOM SPERG Recipes.esp" into the Skyrim/Data folder
2. Make sure "AOM SPERG Recipes.esp" loads after AOM.esp (which should be after both SPERG.esm and AOM.esm)
3. Activate the mod in your mod manager or the Skyrim launcher

For the optional "AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp":
1. Copy "AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp" into the Skyrim/Data folder
2. Make sure "AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp" loads after "AOM SPERG Recipes.esp"
3. Activate the mod in your mod manager or the Skyrim launcher

Notes:
LOOT (https://loot.github.io/) should be able to automatically place this mod correctly in leiu of manual sorting
"AOM SPERG Recipes NoAutoPerks.esp" can be completely merged into a Bashed Patch if desired

;-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-+-=-

; 9. Innards of this Mod
; ----------
For spell crafting, there are no skill checks involved. Only perk checks. So those who have autoperks will be able to craft all the novice-level stuff off the bat. Those not using autoperks will be pretty much as vanilla is. It would just seem awkward otherwise since the novice-apprentice-adept-etc spell rank system is pretty ingrained in the game.

For items requiring specific perks, I tried picking perks that were pretty close, thematically similar, or in the roughly the same spot on the perk tree.

For the majority of tiered recipes, a skill check was added as well as requiring the previous auto-perk. For example, if something required tier 5 of the 0th-level perk (minimum skill level 80), I made the SPERG-equivalent requirement to have at least skill level 80 in that skill as well as the skill level 75 autoperk. Then, for items requiring the Expert vanilla perk of a branch (skill level 75 perk), it simply requires the level 75 autoperk. And so on.

For the lower-end, it was a bit more difficult to make equivalencies. Some items are available to craft with just a single perk investment in a vanilla perk tree. With SPERG's autoperks, everyone starts with a basic perk in every tree, so requiring a perk investment is not an option. So instead of having to invest in perks to be able to unlock new items to craft, skill level investment is necessary:
* For items requiring the 0th-level vanilla perk: requires skill level 17 and the 0th-level autoperk
* For items requiring tier 2 of the 0th-level vanilla perk (minimum skill level 20): requires skill level 24 and the 0th-level autoperk
* For items requiring the 0th-level vanilla perk and have a skill level 25 vanilla perk variation: requires skill level 19 and the 0th-level autoperk
* For items requiring the "apprentice" vanilla perk (skill level 25 perk): requires skill level 28 and the 25th-level autoperk

All of the lower-end skewing can be "undone" with the optional NoAutoPerks ESP included in the archive to make it more in-line with AOM with vanilla perks:
* 0th-level SPERG perks unlock the equivalent 0th-level vanilla perk items
* For items requiring tier 2 of the 0th-level vanilla perk (minimum skill level 20): requires skill level 20 and the 0th-level autoperk
* For items requiring the "apprentice" vanilla perk (skill level 25 perk): requires the 25th-level autoperk

; A. Fixes
; ----------
I have included some fixes to AOM as well. But only for things I noticed, so the fixes are by no means comprehensive. Things fixed:
Removed a high-level enchantment off a robe that should not have had it, as well as fix its male texture to point to the correct one
Renamed an item added by AOM because it was bugging me that it was on the top of the crafting list and not with its variants
Changed the Frenzy Tome to not require Master Conjuration, but something more appropriate. There may have been another spell crafting item or two like that.
A few recipes changed to use the correct crafting bench, or at least an AOM one like absolutely every other item added by AOM.

; B. Warnings
; ----------
Do not open either of the ESP files in the Creation Kit. Doing so may irrepairibly damage them. Instead, use TES5Edit if you want to take a closer look at what the mod does.

Specifically, if the ESPs are opened in the Creation Kit without first ESMifying the masters, the Creation Kit will take all modifications the mod makes and change them to duplicate entries instead. I honestly do not know how it will behave in-game like that, nor its effects on a save game. Those changes also cannot simply be undone in the Creation Kit (as far as I know), so the only way to "fix" it would be to reinstall the mod.
