WHITERUN REVAMPED
This mod is NOT a retexture! Ignore that all that. The retexture I used was Sexy Whiterun v3 by horrorview. I recommend using it for this mod.
Whierun Revamped is a mod that aims to revamp and strengthen the city of Whiterun. I've added guard towers, trees, catapults, structures, and more to the city, so it actually feels like one of Skyrim's most famous and high-held cities.
The chest under the bridge can be unlocked with a key carried by Commander Caius. You can either kill him, or pickpocket the key. Either way, you can't pick the lock.
