About this mod
When someone be hit , the attacker's weapon will be slow in a short time , just like the weapon inserted enemy's body .
(the slow weapon speed) = (the Old speed) *0.15 , continue 0.08 seconds .
Then you can feel you hit something , but not the air .

Description :
This is a hit-stop mod like TK_HitStop , but a little different . Maybe the visual effect is alike ,but the principle is different .
It use "stop weapon" ,rather than "stop time" .

This is just a simple mod , I don't think it will brawl will others , include Tk_HitStop .

Since 2.0 version , need SkyUI and SKSE.
