Basically, I wanted only my combat skills to affect my character level. This .ini makes that happen, and I thought somebody else out there might find it useful. You still gain proficiency in the crafting/non-combat skills, and can assign perks to them normally. They just don't give you XP.

The LITE version affects:

• Enchanting
• Smithing
• Alchemy
• Speech
  

The FULL version also removes XP gain from:

• Lockpicking
• Pickpocket
  

It also uncaps levels for skills for a high-level playthrough as per the default Uncapper. Perk point acquisition and rate of XP gain for combat skills remain at vanilla values.




1) Install Skyrim Community Uncapper with mod manager of choice.
2) Overwrite the .ini that comes with it from mine. It's located at <Skyrim folder>Data\SKSE\Plugins


SKYRIM COMMUNITY UNCAPPER AND SKSE ARE REQUIRED.
