The TIE fighter as a static object.  To add in game all you need to do is go into the Creation Kit and type StarWars or TIEFighter in the object window to find the new static object.  It has been Nav meshed all ready so you can climb on or jump off.

Use 7zip or WinRar to extract the files.
Move the Data folder to your Skyrim folder.
