This is a compatibility patch  "Expanded Towns and Cities (version 13.0 or more)" to "Realistic Needs and Diseases".
Old RND patch don't follow ETaC in these days.
So I make it.

This is not simple compatibility patch.
It changes some futures.
1 Pumpkins has more weight & cost.
2 Flour & Sugar are popular ingredients many other MOD.
I rename the ingredients for distinction easily.

After all bug fixed, I'll make some new dishes using pumpkins & cocoa.
In addition I want to enhance the compatibility to "HearthFire".
These features will be provided as optional patch
